When Samsung's Note 7 troubles first started, it offered users $25 – in addition to a device exchange – for all the turmoil. But as users started switching to other brands instead, it seems the company realized it might have to offer users a bit more incentive to to stay on the Galaxy platform now that the Note 7 has been discontinued altogether.
