Facebook is down for the third time in less than two weeks [Update: It’s back!]

Alright, something wonky is definitely going on at Facebook HQ. The social network is down for the third time in less than two weeks. Currently, multiple users are receiving a “something went wrong” error when attempting to visit the site. Others simply see a blank page that reads “service unavailable.” The first outage occurred on September 17, and the second one on September 24. While the outages didn’t last very long, it’s very unusual to have so many of them concentrated around a relatively brief time period.
